Target group:

You’ve been doing the sport for a few years and you’ve got a solid basis. Due to the Corona virus pandemic this passed summer was without any races which annoys you just like the pros, so you are already looking forward to the race year 2021…


Eight (8) weeks – ten (10) to fifteen (15) hours per week with space for more basics.
