Philipp Seipp

Philipp is the idea man behind KickAss Sports. In recent years, he has established an internationally successful training group known worldwide as #SeippSquad. This includes athletes such as Laura Philipp, Sebastian Kienle and many other well-known faces from professional triathlon. Philipp stands for innovative training methodology and athletic training at the highest level. At KickAss Sports you also get access to his training.

Laura Philipp

Laura is the inventor of the KickAss feeling. Her inimitable joy in sports is reflected in her slogan “Wake up, work hard, look hot, kick ass”. She is one of the world’s top middle and long distance triathletes, loves off-road excursions and meticulously passionate about finding the devil in the details. Her experience as a woman in competitive sports is shared at KickAss Sports.

Imke Oelerich

Imke is our northern light in the team. For her studies in sports science, she first went to the German Sport University in Cologne and then on to the USA. Through a sports scholarship for cross country and track running, she was able to study at Nova Southern University in Florida, where she earned an MBA with a focus on sports revenue generation. She then completed her master’s degree back in Cologne. In the meantime, she has moved back to her home country and now lives with her husband and young daughter on the island of Fehmarn. As a successful athlete and trainer, Imke supports us in the KickAss Trainer Team, in KickAss Education offers and in our heart project KickAss Women.
