KickAss Basic is our proposal for all of those who want to be flexible. You are in charge of your training plan – you individualise your training. But at the same time, you have the input and content of our KickAss programme.
You can put together your own training program with a variety of our templates, whether training camps, winter training, Ironman or sprint distance you will have a full range of options. Every 4-8 weeks you can choose one template (or combine several) to get to your desired goal.
KickAssBasic gives you access to a variety of training plan templates (including videos and instructions).
Combine these templates according to your needs (i.e. Roth Challenge or your first sprint triathlon).
You enter your FTP, or better said, your metabolic profile into AZUM.
Once a week there is a live yoga class and every 2 weeks a live Q&A with our coaches.
