In three consecutive training blocks, you will continuously prepare for a half marathon competition. With targeted training content from a combination of running and athletics units as well as a progressive increase in volume, you will be optimally prepared at the starting line after 24 weeks.

Runners who want to set a new PB through reaching their full potential through effectively structured training.

In the second step you can unlock and activate the training plan via your account. - Open training plan and get started
In the last step you only have to open the training plan. You will be automatically redirected to our training platform AZUM, set up a profile there and you can start right away.
