Kickass FAQ
In order to attend Kickass RUN II, you must have already completed Kickass RUN I. The content of the education series builds on each other and in RUN II we refer to what you have already learned in RUN I. That is why it is important for us that you start with RUN I.
So that you can benefit as much as possible from our seminars, at least 4 to 6 weeks should always pass between the seminars. This way you have already had the opportunity to apply what you have learned from the previous seminar and can now build on it.
The minimum number of participants is 5. A seminar will be canceled if the number of participants is not reached on Monday 9:00 a.m. in the week of the seminar date. In this case you have the option of rebooking to another date or you will receive your money back.
The Education RUN II lasts 2 hours. However, allow a little more time to arrive in peace, get changed and afterwards, if you have any questions or would like to talk to the other athletes.
You will need your running clothes, running shoes and a towel. If you run in different models of running shoes, please bring them with you. Don’t forget a change of clothes for afterwards and, depending on the temperature, warmer layers to put on. The alternation of movement and standing can cool you down quickly.
If you are unable to attend a seminar you have already booked, you have the option of canceling up to 7 calendar days in advance. If you wish, you will either receive a voucher for the Kickass Shop to attend a later seminar, for example, or your money will be refunded. If you cancel at short notice, we can offer you another education date.
