If there's one thing I've learned in Female Individual Coaching at Kickass Sports - and partly with internal resistance - it's that everything that happens around sport is crucial to how you perform. My endometriosis significantly amplifies the phases of my cycle, to the point of causing sleep disturbances. But thanks to the support of Female Individual Coaching, my training adapts to my body and cycle. I have also been self-employed for over a year now, which often demands a lot of my strength. Thanks to the sensitive approach of the training and consciously listening to my body, I can make progress with joy and in small but constant steps.
