CANYON Community - Female Energy Days | Munich As part of the Female Energy Days at CANYON's flagship store in Munich, we were able to be part of the event program with two exclusive KICKASS RUN I Experiences (women only). Focus: running technique, posture, efficiency and tangible self-efficacy. In just a few hours, the participants experienced measurable "aha" moments and immediate progress in movement quality, posture and body awareness. The sessions were fully booked with a waiting list - and so successful that follow-up events are already being planned. A strong example of how the Kickass Experience connects communities and creates sustainable added value.

CANYON Community - Female Energy Days | Munich

I'm currently preparing for my big sporting highlight. The Kickass Sports team and the community are an incredible help to me. What I expected: A smart training plan that I can work through in preparation for my competition and that offers room for training optimization. What I got: A smart training plan, training optimization, trainers who respond intensively to individual questions and needs, a sense of body awareness and the right - i.e. individual - level of training load, taking into account the mental aspects that are not insignificant for sport. If there's one thing I've learned in Female Individual Coaching at Kickass Sports - and partly with internal resistance - it's that everything that happens around sport is crucial to how you perform. My endometriosis significantly amplifies the phases of my cycle, to the point of causing sleep disturbances. But thanks to the support of Female Individual Coaching, my training adapts to my body and cycle. I have also been self-employed for over a year now, which often demands a lot of my strength. Thanks to the sensitive approach of the training and consciously listening to my body, I can make progress with joy and in small but constant steps. What is particularly impressive is how much the negative effects of my cycle have improved. Training with a holistic approach - a real benefit for me!

At first I thought it was the next "normal" stability training... When I did the exercises for the first time in my coaching session with Imke, the complexity and intensity became clear. These exercises should be the basis for any further strength training. I come to coaching with a double slipped disc and a huge training deficit, but the whole package brings back the fun of sport after years and I'm getting closer and closer to my goal of training pain-free.

I recently went to Kickass Sports for a bike fitting to optimize my riding position on my bike for the middle distance. In preparation for the competition, I had already tried to find an optimal riding position on the bike myself. However, it was more a case of trial and error until I found a position that was "rideable". Jan gave me a friendly welcome on site with a coffee and we checked my anatomical requirements together. Then it was time to adjust the bike. You could tell that Jan wanted to work with me as the rider to find the ideal riding position and not just set me up in a run-of-the-mill riding position. I think that's what this bike fitting is all about. Working together to get the best out of it. If settings were too aggressive and not rideable for me, we took another step back until it was right. In the end, we found the ideal position for me on the bike.

Christian - TT Bike Fitting

I've been training with Kickass since June 2024 and I'm absolutely thrilled! The smart, targeted sessions really made me realize at the last competition that "less can be more". With Kickass, I achieve noticeably more with significantly less effort - a game changer for me. I also find the nutrition tips super helpful. They are well thought out and easy to implement, and I quickly realized how positively the right food affects my training and recovery. It not only makes my training feel more effective, but also more sustainable. These were often the places in the competition where I had to let up the chase to my opponent and then this time I went through all the points from Run I in my head and concentrated on the technique, was able to keep up and even finish ahead of her.
