Training content

The contents of the basic training are intensified and progressively expanded. In addition to speed development and increasing capacity, the aim is to expand and consolidate the aerobic base through slowly increasing endurance runs. Four running sessions are scheduled per week. Strength and athletic training is an integral part of each training week. Optionally, the yoga session can also remain in the programme.

Target group

All runners who successfully completed the basic training now want to take the next steps on their way to a successful marathon.
