The Re-Boost Call is an additional individual call for targeted mental fine-tuning, e.g. shortly before an important competition. Together, we sharpen existing mental strategies, consolidate routines and prepare you for the upcoming challenge in a focused way.
Prerequisite:
The Re-Boost Call can only be booked if the 5-pack has already been completed.

No, the Mental Skills Calls are not a substitute for psychotherapy and are not a treatment for mental illness.
The Mental Skills – 1:1 Call is scheduled for 45 minutes, so that after a short check-in there is enough time to work specifically on mental strategies.
The call is conducted online via Teams so that you can attend the call regardless of location.
