Many thanks again for the RUN II seminar. I had a lot of fun again, even though I felt I could take more with me in the first part. BUT I have managed (at least I think) to stay much looser in my upper body, neck and chest area. Running feels much more relaxed. THANK YOU

In fact, it was "only" small things, but they make a huge difference. In training over the last few weeks, I've run the fastest intervals ever (400m, 800m, 1km and 2km) 😍 And in the competition 4 weeks ago, I had the "aha" moment on a quite long running section for obstacle courses. These were often the places in the competition where I had to let up the chase to my opponent and then this time I went through all the points from Run I in my head and concentrated on the technique, was able to keep up and even finish ahead of her. That was really cool! The small changes to my running style just felt so much smoother!

I was able to take a lot from the 2 hours: I liked the fact that you responded to each individual and managed to provide individual coaching despite a large group. I thought the concept of the toolbox was great 🙂 to provide building blocks that I as an athlete can pull out when needed.
