In Kickass Bike Training, you choose the right training phases according to your goal (gravel, everyman or bike marathon) and time budget.

  • WINTER ARC (8 weeks) – Your smart start to the season.
    Choose between:

    • Solid basedevelop a stable foundation for long distances.
    • Indoor Racebring that competitive feeling to the roller.
    • VO2 Boostshort, hard intervals for maximum performance and more punch.
  • POWER BUILT (12 weeks) – Develop your performance in a targeted manner.
  • RACE READY (8 weeks) – Get your form to the point.
  • CRUISE CONTROL (8 weeks) – Stay strong with ease.
