A seasonal structure that is as individual as you are

With Kickass Tri Training you become your own coach: you choose the right 8-week blocks according to your goal, level and time budget.

  • Basic training (8 weeks) – create a foundation for endurance, strength and technique
  • Build-up training I (8 weeks) – develop form and build it up sustainably
  • Build-up training II (8 weeks) – increase intensity and stabilize performance
  • Race preparation (8 weeks) – Targeted and focused towards the race
  • Specials included – modules for training camps & test competitions
  • Decoupled swim training – plans for each performance level, separately selectable

What’s more, you can flexibly adapt each session to your everyday life and needs. This way, the plan becomes your workout.
