This plan will give you the finishing touches for the last 10 days before the race. The plan has a length of 10 days, so choose the start date 10 days before your day X.

 

Example: 

Race Sunday = start date thursday 10 days before the race.

Race Saturday = start date wednesday 10 days before the race
