Swim Alternative Option II


Utilize the available time to improve your mobility and running techniques.

Target group:

We have created three (3) alternatives to swimming that can utilize in your training plan.



This plan includes two (2) times mobility training for the whole body, a training block to improve your running technique and a ten (10) minute core & pull rope program with Laura. Lost swimming time is taking advantage of in this training program.



Eight (8) weeks – 3 (+1) units per week
