Objective:
Skating with sticks, mobility, running technique and dry swimming as an alternative to swimming.
Target group:
Is swimming currently not possible for you? Grab your skates out of your basement, roll out your gym mat and focus on your running technique.
Content:
When skating with sticks, we target swimming-specific muscles. You improve your mobility with full-body mobility and you work specifically on your running technique in one session. There is also a 10-minute core & train rope program with Laura taking place. You use your free swimming time in a useful and effective way.
Duration:
Eight (8) weeks – 3 (+1) units per week
