Resumption of training rhythm in swimming, technique recovery/improvement, build form, enjoy movement. 

Target group:

The pools are opening up again and you’re looking for a plan to get back into swimming? Here’s a self-building plan to lay the long-awaited foundation back into swimming.

 

Content:

Since it’s been a long time since you last swam, the plan picks you up at your current level. Here, distances, lengths and loads for the shoulder build up slowly, allowing you a quick and healthy re-entry with good technique. sessions per week.
