Final polish before your sprint or Olympic distance race.

Target group:

You have solidly mastered base and build-up training and now want to put the finishing touches on your form before the competition.



Since swimming and running are the dominant sports for the shorter distances, we will focus here once again and fine-tune the last details. Optionally, you can up to 4x in the water. On the bike, further intensities are on the program, and on the weekend, you will be coupled. This way you will be optimally prepared for your competition at the sprint or Olympic distance.

This variant is aimed at all those who are either on the sprint distance or do not have so much time.
