Race prep OD/ MD – Version II


Basic and build training are done, now it’s time for the final preparation towards the competition.

Target group:

For all those who have planned an Olympic or middle distance as their main competition and now want to prepare specifically for it.



After you have laid a good foundation in basic and advanced training, you can now start the final weeks before the competition. Specific contents determine the training plan. In addition to coupling units, you will spend more and more time on the triathlon bike, get on the bike twice a day and continue to improve your swimming. Of course, the speed will not be neglected.

Follow the 8 weeks with the Taperplan 1st Prio OD/MD to be perfectly prepared for the competition.

This variant is aimed more at those who have planned an Olympic distance as their main competition.
