We put together your plan, week after week, day after day, unit by unit – always keeping your possibilities and your goals in mind. You provide us with your latitude and your cycle of training, and we will guide you.
We plan your training to suit your everyday life and your training cycle.
Every two weeks you inform us about your appointments and availability, so that your new 2-week block can be created on this basis. If something doesn't go according to the plan, you can notify us the day before (up until 6pm for the next day’s training session), so that we can adjust your plan.
We transfer your metabolic profile to AZUM and take care of the data so that your training always fits perfectly.
Once a week there is a live yoga class and every 2 weeks a live Q&A session with Philipp Seipp.
Every 2 weeks you will receive detailed feedback on your training progress.
