During the 12 weeks, you can expect a varied training plan designed to help you achieve a fast 5K time. You can expect a combination of intense sessions on hills, on the flat and on the running track, as well as relaxed basic kilometers while running. In addition, you have the possibility to expand the training with additive sports of your choice. Detailed training sessions are also available for this purpose. The weekly yoga session and a strength training session round out the plan.
The 12 weeks should end with a 5 km race, i.e. the last week is planned as a taper week.
