Fast 10k time
You want to finally burn a real fast 10 km time into the asphalt and are looking for the right training plan? Then this is the right plan for you.
The combination of intensive sessions on the hill, the flat or on the track and relaxed training in the basic area leads to maximum speed for the 10 km. With additive sports of your choice, you can expand the training plan and get even more out of your training. You'll also work on your mobility and resistance in the weekly yoga and strength sessions to get injury-free through the 12 weeks.
The 12 weeks will end with a 10km race, so the last week is planned as a taper week.
