Together we work on the athletic basics for endurance sports. For more joy, less injuries and more efficiency in your movements. 

You will also have the opportunity to gain insight into PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation), which supports your body in an all-encompassing way. 

Athletic Educations can be combined with Run-, Swim- or Bike Educations in one day. 



The method combines mobility and stability and targets specific muscle chains.

Questions and answers


The minimum number of participants is 5. A seminar will be cancelled if the number of participants is not reached on Monday 9:00 a.m. the week of the seminar.

No, KickAss Education Athletics deals with the basics of strength training in endurance sports. We cover topics such as warmup, mobility, and principles for succeeding in the weight room.

In order to get the most out of our seminars, there should always be at least 4 to 6 weeks between the seminars. This way you have already had the opportunity to apply what you learned in the previous seminar and can now build on it.

KickAss Education Athletics lasts 2 hours, during which the theory learned is also directly applied in practice.

If you are unable to attend a seminar that has already been booked, you can cancel your booking up until 7 days before the seminar. If you wish, you will either receive a credit for the KickAss Shop, for example to participate in a later seminar, or your money will be refunded.

You only need sports clothes and clean shoes for the gym. Sturdy shoes with a flat sole are suitable for strength training. Running shoes are not suitable. You are also welcome to bring your cell phone so that you can film yourself during the individual exercises.
