Objective:
Gaining strength, recovering, having time, losing form, enjoying exercise
Target group:
With swimming pools being either closed or undergoing renovations and your bike being out of commission is no excuse for not exercising. How about grabbing your skates from the 90’s and combining them with a pair of sticks to enjoy an improvised exercise activity outside including trail runs and yoga?
Content:
A colourful mix of inline skating (with and without sticks), trail running, and yoga will take you through your quiet season the quiet season of the year.
Duration:
At least twice (2) to a maximum of four (4) times a week
