Not looking forward to the seasonal break because your toys have been taken away from you? Here is an alternative. How about mountain biking, trail running and yoga? Let’s have a try!
Content:
Actually, you do not need a plan for the OFF-Season. That is why we want to see content here as a possibility.
It is important to us that you do not follow any regular training sessions during your seasonal break. Your body and mind should consciously come to a rest at this stage of your sports year.
Duration:
At least twice (2) to a maximum of four (4) times a week
