The metabolic profile forms the basis of training planning
Knowledge of the metabolism forms the basis for targeted and effective training. Percentage derivations of training ranges based on a fixed number (FTP or anaerobic threshold) do not make sense in our opinion. The metabolic processes in the body are more complex and must therefore be considered in more detail. How well is the fat metabolism developed, how high is the carbohydrate consumption, how high is the maximum oxygen uptake? On the basis of a performance diagnosis or by means of PPD from Inscyd, we determine the metabolic profile, maintain this in the AZUM training platform and design the training on this basis.

In a detailed initial conversation we take the time to get to know you better and to understand the person behind it. This forms the basis for us to create an optimal training plan.
