Your life is different than expected? Taking your foot off the gas while not losing sight of your fitness goals are paramount.



Easy-going cycling sessions, relaxed running, yoga relaxation, and two (2) times water training rounds out this relaxed one-week training session. Staying active helps create balance in mitigating stress.
