For beginners and intermediates in triathlon who want to have fun and go fast at the sprint or Olympic distance.
Building on build-up training 1, we take the content into the second build-up block, where you will continue to develop. In addition to intensive units, longer rides are scheduled for the weekend and the complexity of the strength training increases. Optional units give you the freedom to expand your plan depending on the time available.
