Target group:

For beginners and intermediates in triathlon who want to have fun and go fast at the sprint or Olympic distance.



Building on build-up training 1, we take the content into the second build-up block, where you will continue to develop. In addition to intensive units, longer rides are scheduled for the weekend and the complexity of the strength training increases.
