Target group:
For beginners and rookies in triathlon who want to have fun and go fast at the sprint or olympic distance.
Content:
The plan builds on the basic training for rookies. The volumes increase slightly and the intensive training intervals become slightly longer. The slow progression ensures a continuous and sustainable increase in your fitness.
In addition to swimming, cycling, running and strength training, yoga is also an option on the plan.
