Basic Training 6-10h / Week


You want to get passed by wintertime well and you have limited time?

Target group:

Those looking to make the most out of their limited time and the wintertime. We have arranged all three sports plus two 30-minute strength workouts. In addition, there is room for more optional sessions if you have more time to train.


This plan offers you training blocks for your triathlon training to re-enter after the season break. From the very beginning, you work on your metabolic flexibility, your technique and your strength. We will take you to more speed over the winter and build up a solid basis for your triathlon summer 2021. The maximum duration of the units is 90min.


Eight (8) weeks – at least six (6) to a maximum of ten (10) hours a week
