Target group:
To leave one or the other at the Olympic or middle distance.
Content:
After you have laid a good foundation over the winter and have already developed well in the build-up training 1, you now set the next stimuli in the direction of competition and further development. Intensive units remain a fixed component, but it is now also a little longer and the TT bike may be rummaged out of the basement.
