Target group:

For anyone who has more time than expected and wants to dedicate himself a whole week to sports.


This one-week training includes almost eighteen (18) hours of training time. It’s a real boost to your aerobic endurance where most of it you spend on the bike. We have included various intervals, technical programs and a four (4-hour) weekend excursion into the plan to ensure you won’t get bored.
