Aerobic Booster 7 Days (LIT) – Focus Bike

Objective:

Targeted build-up of aerobic endurance.

Target group:

For anyone who has more time than expected.

Content:

14 hours per week to improve aerobic endurance. Main focus is on cycling and the basic training blocks are peppered with various tasks so that it doesn’t get boring. A double-bike-day, as well as cycling and swimming sessions round off this one-week training.
