Targeted build-up of aerobic endurance.

Target group:

For anyone who has more time than expected.


An extensive week that will improve your aerobic endurance, which is aimed at already experienced runners or triathletes and which includes five (5) running sessions totalling approximately fifteen (15) hours per week. A mixture of intensive interval sessions, fartlek, technical programs and endurance runs are waiting for you. Cycling, strength and mobility training are also on the agenda.
